- 紅酒 3湯匙
- 櫻桃 (車厘子) 6粒
- 鴨胸 1個
- 洋蔥碎 1湯匙
- 黃彩椒角 ¼個
- 燒汁 適量

1. 鴨胸先調味，煎熟切片備用
2. 黃彩椒角走油備用
3. 洋蔥碎和櫻桃慢火炒香，放入紅酒和燒汁略炆1分鐘，加入黃彩椒角混入成汁。
4. 拉放紅酒櫻桃汁在鴨胸上，在碟加入新鮮蒸飯即可享用。(可加蛋炒香，混入飯炒成蛋炒飯亦可)
