| - 豬扒用刀背輕剁稔，用生抽、老抽、糖、胡椒粉醃約三十分鐘。 - 煮醬汁：起鑊，爆/煎香洋蔥，加入西芹及紅蘿蔔，蕃茄及適量水，滾後盛起備用； - 燒紅鑊，下蛋快炒，加入飯炒勻盛起備用； - 加入適量生粉在己醃製豬扒上，先用猛火燒紅鑊放入豬扒略煎，後轉中火煎至金黃色，放在飯上； - 將醬汁淋上豬扒飯，放入焗爐內焗二十分鐘即成。(焗爐備熱華氏375度) |
