#  想瘦身狂吃水果 卻得糖尿病！

一名44歲謝女士，3個月內體重減了10公斤，不過並非瘦身有成，而是糖尿病引起。她每天吃七分水果，喝半糖珍珠紅茶，還有含糖豆漿，血糖迅速升高，造成她腹痛、嘔吐掛急診，已經酮酸中毒，住進加護病房三天降下血糖，再轉到一般病房四天才出院。醫師特別提醒糖尿病和糖尿病高危險群，不宜用水果代餐，因為現在的水果甜度都很高，民眾以為是健康蔬果餐，卻在不知不覺中攝取過多糖分。

**血糖是正常值的6～7倍**

林正修, 衛福部豐原醫院新陳代謝科醫師表示，患者就診時血糖686mg/dl，已經是正常值的6～7倍，她三個月來體重從64公斤變成54公斤，雖然曾感到身體比較虛弱，但由於體型沒有過胖，也沒有糖尿病家族史，並未想到血糖問題，以為只是累了，一直到身體受不了掛急診，才被診斷出糖尿病。

**糖分攝取過多 代謝出問題**

糖尿病高危險群包括家族遺傳，還有肥胖、心臟病、高血壓、高血脂、妊娠糖尿病、多囊性卵巢症候群等，患者沒有以上危險因子，但是因為不健康的飲食，造成代謝問題引發糖尿病。林正修醫師表示，從患者的飲食習慣，醫師研判是水果太甜吃太多，造成糖分代謝問題。健康飲食一天應該兩份水果，而一份水果大約一個女性拳頭大的份量，她一天卻吃七份，相當於21顆方糖；另外她天天一杯半糖珍珠紅茶，半糖相當於7.5顆方糖，還喝含糖豆漿，450cc的含糖豆漿就相當4.5顆方糖，這些糖份都不斷增加血糖濃度。

**及早介入血糖控制**

糖尿病初期沒有明顯症狀，但是血糖過高卻已經慢慢影響身體，如果空腹血糖超過100 mg/dl，就是高危險群，應該進一步做醣化血色素檢測，正常值為5.7以下，超過6.5診斷為糖尿病，此時沒有症狀卻已經亮紅燈，林正修醫師表示，若能及早介入血糖控制，透過飲食、運動及體重控制，就能避免或延緩得到糖尿病。
