- 雞脾肉 250克
- 紅椒 1個
- 黃椒 1個
- 蒜頭 2粒
- 蔥 1棵

- 鹽 12茶匙
- 糖 12茶匙
- 生抽 1湯匙
- 米酒 1湯匙
- 油 1湯匙
- 生粉1湯匙

1. 雞脾肉去皮洗淨，切絲，加入調味料拌勻醃約15分鐘備用
2. 紅椒及黃椒洗淨，切絲備用
3. 薑去皮，切片備用
4. 蔥洗淨切段備用
5. 大火燒熱油鑊，下小量油，下薑片起鑊
6. 下雞絲快炒至八成熟
7. 下紅椒絲、黃椒絲及蔥段與雞絲炒均
8. 贊酒，下鹽、糖及生抽調味，炒均收乾即可上碟
