- 翠玉瓜 一條 (任何較雯芯瓜類也可)
- 雞翼 6隻

- 生抽 1茶匙
- 糖 半茶匙
- 酒 半茶匙
- 胡椒粉 少許
- 芡汁, 用喜歡的罐頭湯

1. 雞翼洗淨，瀝乾水份， 加入調味料拌勻，醃約 20分鐘備用
2. 翠玉瓜洗淨瀝乾水份，切片/段，用滾水/白開水拖水，盛起備用
3. 油鍋加入油燒熱，加入雞翼煎熟盛起備用
4. 原油鍋加入翠玉瓜炒熟
5. 上碟次序：翠玉瓜放週邊，雞翼放在碟中位置，把芡汁平均淋上即可享用
