 雞茸復活蛋

 這 款 菜 式 是 將 雞 脾 肉 、 洋 蔥 、 磨 菇 ， 加 入 攪 混 的 雞 蛋 ， 再 煎 至 金 黃 色 。

### 做法

1. 雞 脾 肉 起 皮 切 粒 ， 洋 蔥 切 幼 粒 ， 蘑 菇 切 片 ， 備 用 。
2. 雞 蛋 攪 混 ， 加 入 上 述 配 料 及 調 味 料 。
3. 用 平 底 煎 鑊 將 雞 蛋 煎 至 金 黃 色 便 可 。
