### 做法

1. 雞 肉 切 片 ， 用 鹽 、 油 、 糖 、 鮮 露 及 生 醃 約 片 刻 。
2. 將 雞 肉 煎 至 八 成 熟 ， 備 用 。
3. 燒 熱 油 加 入 青 椒 、 紅 椒 、 爆 香 ， 再 加 入 雞 肉 ， 然 後 加 入 調 味 料 直 至 汁 略 為 收 乾 至 濃 。
4. 最 後 加 入 芒 果 汁 ， 略 炒 即 上 碟 。
