- 四季豆 約20條 /200克
- 雞 半隻 (可用雞翼及雞脾)
- 蒜頭3粒

- 豉油
- 糖
- 鹽
- 胡椒粉
- 生粉

1. 雞肉斬件，用調味料醃約20分鐘。
2. 熱鑊下油，放入蒜頭爆香起鑊。
3. 大火快炒雞件，雞件略熟(大半熟)後盛起備用
4. 另起油鍋，下四季豆，略炒後加適量水(或上湯)灒鑊，待四季豆顏色轉深，放雞件拌炒，鍋中放適量鹽調味即成。
