劉怡里營養師指出，黑咖啡的咖啡因濃度頗高，若是飯前或是空腹喝，民眾如果本來就有胃部疾病或胃發炎，確實對胃部來講是一種傷害，會讓胃部產生一些不舒服的感覺。營養師建議，喝咖啡之前，其實應該要讓肚子裡面有一些可以消化的食物，這樣比較不容易傷胃。
