先 將 豬 尾 洗 淨 斬 件 ， 白 果 去 殼 去 衣 ，再 將 所 有 材 料 洗 淨 放 入 煲 內 ，煲 滾 後 用 文 火 煲 2 1/2 小 時 後 ，
 落 鹽 調 味 即 成 。

 **白 果**
 有 微 毒 ， 宜 久 煮 ， 不 宜 過 量 食 用 。
 多 食 會 中 毒 ， 中 毒 者 會 抽 筋 、 頭 痛 、 呼 吸 困 難 和 有 嘔 吐 情 況 。 用 白 果 殼 或 甘 草 加 水 煎 服 ， 可 解 白 果 毒 。 豬 尾 豬 尾 含 有 豐 富 蛋 白 質 和 鈣 質 ， 最 適 宜 產 後 婦 女 食 用 。
