- 加洲提子乾 ¼杯

2. 用叉將熟南瓜肉壓成茸。
3. 將南瓜茸、糯米粉、豬油在大碗內拌勻。
4. 搓成長條狀切成20份。
5. 蓮蓉及加洲提子乾搓成長條狀切成20份。
6. 粉糰按扁包入一粒蓮蓉餡料、搓成圓餅形。
7. 用切碎提子乾裝飾。
8. 中火下煎至金黃色即成。
