在天氣冷的地方或冬天，很多人身體也會感覺手腳冰冷，可能體虛或血氣關係……這時候可考慮煮生薑紅棗水，喝完後會有渾身暖暖的的即時感覺！關鍵是很好喝！

#### 材料：

- 生薑 6-8大片
- 紅棗 5顆,
- 片糖/ 紅糖 一片
- 水 800毫升 至一公升

#### 製作步驟：

1. 生薑外皮沖洗去泥後，切片，剁碎/ 切粒
2. 紅棗沖洗，對半切，浸泡15分鐘一下，容易將味道煮進出
3. 鍋里放水把生薑，紅棗，大火燒開，轉小火10分鐘，下片糖煮1分鐘
4. 關火後(不開蓋)焗 10分鐘

#### 貼士：

- 片糖/ 紅糖不要太多，容易上火及惹痰
- 可以多煮一點，要喝的時候再燒開，而燘久了味道會更濃！
- 生薑驅寒，紅棗補血，紅糖益氣，女士們平時可以多喝，但不要在週期內飲用！
