#  生熟薏米水

功效：去濕消腫，小便不利，利水滲濕，尤其適合脾虛濕盛者飲用。

天氣熱氣溫上升，人體濕氣便會積聚，會出現疲乏困倦「濕重」徵狀。薏米又稱薏仁，包含蛋白質、脂肪、維他命 B1、磷、碳水化合物、膳食纖維、和鐵等非常高營養價值。

#### 材料：

- 生熟薏米 各 50 克
- 赤小豆 20 克
- 水 2 公升（包括浸薏米水）
- 冰糖 適量

#### 煮法：

1. 將生熟薏米和赤小豆洗淨，然後浸泡水中 1 小時備用。
2. 大鍋中加入生熟薏米，赤小豆和浸薏米水，再加水至 2 公升，滾起後，加蓋轉小火煮 1 小時，加合乎自己口味冰糖飲用。

**其他飲用方法:**

檸檬薏米水 / 檸檬蜜糖薏米水

- 如不加冰糖，可以隨意加入蜜糖，就可飲用
- 或可待薏米水放涼後，可加入檸檬汁或檸檬片。

生薏米：微寒，入脾、腎、肺經；性質偏寒，健脾祛濕，清熱排膿。
熟薏米：健脾止瀉功效較強，有助健脾養胃，治脾虛泄瀉、腳氣浮腫等。
兩者皆有功效： 利水滲濕，尤其脾虛濕盛者，用治水腫，小便不利，濕腳氣，濕熱。
