- 河粉 1斤
- 蝦 半斤
- 蔥 1條
- 蛋 3隻

醃料 - 蝦：

- 鹽 1/4茶匙
- 麻油 1/2茶匙
- 胡椒粉 少許

調味料：

- 鹽 1/2茶匙
- 雞粉 1/2茶匙

 獻汁：

- 清雞湯 3/4杯
- 生粉 1又1/2茶匙

1. 蝦去殼，洗淨抹乾，落醃料拌勻。
2. 蔥切段，蛋打勻，備用。
3. 熱鑊落油2湯匙，倒入河粉翻炒，再落調味料拌勻後上碟。
4. 再起鑊落油1湯匙，先倒入蝦兜炒一陣，再加蔥一起炒透。
5. 加入獻汁煮滾，再倒入蛋液快炒至凝結(以較稀汁為準)。
6. 把獻汁淋在盛好的河粉上即成。
