- 牛肉用生抽、老抽、鹽、糖、胡椒粉、少許燒酒和薑絲少許調味及醃約三十分鐘。
- 用少許油起鑊，加入蒜頭2-3粒略爆，將牛肉在猛火中略炒起碟備用；用鑊中剩下的油，放入洋蔥，略炒、攢水炒至半熟，盛起備用。
- 洗淨鑊，將鑊燒熱後加油，倒進河粉，快炒一輪轉慢火;
- 加入銀芽及洋蔥略炒、離火加入老抽、鹽、糖拌勻後再轉回中火，此時加入牛肉及已砌段的青蔥;
- 加入調味料即成。
