#  午餐肉辣蕃茄醬即食麵

材料:

- 午餐肉 二片
- 蒜粒 2, 切片
- 小紅辣椒 2隻, 切粒
- 蕃茄 2 個, 中型, 切塊
- 即食麵 一包
- 蔥 2 根切粒

煮法:

1. 用中慢火油起鑊,加入蒜片同切粒的小紅辣椒推少15秒,
2. 加入番茄後加蓋煮一分鐘,灒入一茶匙米油,
3. 隨之加入300毫升滾/熱水煮3分鐘,再放入即食麵加蓋煮兩分鐘, 盛入碗中;
4. 用另一鑊中慢火煎香午餐肉, 放在麵上,再加上蔥花便可享用此外面吃不到的住家麵.
