#  冬天怕冷又想減肥 吃地瓜一舉兩得

時序即將進入冬季，中醫師說，手腳冰冷的女性除了注意保暖之外，還可以多吃「地瓜」，即蕃薯，保暖身。

中醫師劉益伸表示，地瓜除了有豐富的營養外，還有意想不到的效果：

- **預防癌症上身**：地瓜中含有脫氫表雄酮賀爾蒙（DHEA）可延緩細胞衰老。因人體隨著年齡增長，DHEA會逐漸下降而導致免疫力不足，罹癌機率大增。不少研究已證實，糖尿病、癌症、高血壓與心血管疾病患者，DHEA指數都較低，而地瓜可提供DHEA，讓人體遠離疾病。
- **助減重、防便秘**：地瓜含有豐富的膳食纖維，而且低熱量、低脂肪，100克的地瓜，脂肪量不到1克（僅有0.3克），膳食纖維還可提供飽足感、刺激腸胃道蠕動，減肥者不妨可多吃地瓜，有助於排便、減少熱量攝取。
- **延緩老化、維持體內酸鹼值**：隨著人們飲食西化，每天攝取的食物多呈現酸性，如肉類、蛋、奶等，但地瓜為鹼性，可幫助維持體內酸鹼平衡。而地瓜中含有維生素Ｃ，可抗細胞老化、甚至讓皮膚光滑。
- **預防慢性病**：因地瓜含有大量的膳食纖維，能夠降低膽固醇，增加膽酸合成，可預防心臟病，而地瓜也含有黏性蛋白質，此物質能夠讓心血管保持彈性，防止血管動脈硬化。而地瓜中的鉀，有助於維持體內細胞維持正常滲透壓，讓胰島素分泌正常，幫助穩定血糖。
