生產後的媽咪往往都會遇到掉髮、手麻、記憶力變差、怕冷等狀況，而產後坐月子這三十天，是女人一生中不可忽視的體質黃金調養期，若月子坐得好一些原有的疾病都能獲得改善，但如果坐不好恐會產生其他病症，因此產後的飲食調理非常重要，是決定是否能恢復產前健康狀態的關鍵期。

#### 產後飲食調理分四階段

中醫師羅雅元表示，分娩時的創傷與出血，加上產程中的力氣消耗，使媽媽處於“多虛多淤”的狀態，將產後飲食調理分成四階段，第一週以代謝為主，吃豬肝、紅豆湯，幫助子宮排出惡露與其他廢物，第二週以修復為主，以豬腰、豬腳、魚湯等活化血液循環，預防腰酸背痛。第三、四週，惡露將淨，這時候可以多喝一些雞湯，雞具有補益作用，對於產後虛損有很好的幫助。選用當季新鮮食材、通過認證標章的食材供應商(產銷履歷) ，全程都以低油、低糖、低鹽、高纖、高鈣為主，不添加任何有害健康的防腐劑、味精、色素、人工香料或食品添加物。

#### 選擇當季新鮮食材、由營養師做熱量控管、加入中藥調理更佳

產後調理飲食的新鮮度尤為重要，月子餐業者表示，依每個季節不同的特性，選擇當季新鮮食材，另外也與婦產科診所做搭配，根據不同媽媽的身體狀況來做飲食的調配，在產後媽咪狀況較穩定的三～四周，會提供少油炸、少肥肉的低卡餐給媽咪做選擇讓媽咪吃的健康無負擔。

產後飲食除了會影響到媽咪本身的修復，也會影響母奶的營養，月子餐業者指出，在菜單的設計上會由營養師做熱量控管，除了基本的傳統的食材，也會加入中藥調理，搭配適合媽咪吃的青菜、水果，透過中醫的概念，用薑來平衡青菜、水果的涼性，循序漸進的多元食材調理也讓媽咪能達到營養均衡。（文章授權提供／優活健康網）
