#  巧克力含抗氧化物 少糖少油才有益健康

巧克力 (受到廣大民眾喜愛，雖然吃巧克力有很多好處，但是市售巧克力中，大多會添加很多糖和油脂，甚至會添加牛奶或是核果，使得巧克力熱量超高；營養師建議，要吃巧克力，最好是選擇黑巧克力，少糖少油才有益健康。

**含有豐富多酚抗氧化物**

林俐岑營養師表示，巧克力含有豐富多酚抗氧化物，可以清除體內自由基，進而達到保護心血管功能，甚至可以清除腦中類澱粉蛋白沈積，而類澱粉蛋白也是自由基，因而巧克力也能延緩腦部退化。

**可以使心情獲得改善**

吃巧克力還能緩解情緒，林俐岑說，例如女性因為荷爾蒙變化，常會有心情起伏波動，尤其是每個月都要來一次的「好朋友」，往往使得情緒大受影響，甚至會有經前症候群，這時不妨吃些巧克力，也可以使心情獲得改善。

**補充熱量應淺嚐即止**

林俐岑營養師強調，要吃巧克力也要巧巧吃！最好是吃黑巧克力，巧克力含有可可固形物70%以上的巧克力，不要有太多糖與牛奶，較不具有脂肪，甚至對於癌症病人也有幫助，由於癌症病人熱量相對不足，也較沒有胃口，吃巧克力可以補充熱量，只是要吃巧克力也應淺嚐即止，適量攝取。

- 巧克力（英語：ch​​ocolate，中國大陸（除廣東省外）稱為朱古力和台灣稱為巧克力）
- 巧克力含有豐富的鎂、鉀和維他命C以及可可鹼，由於多添加糖分，因此具有高能值。由天然成分製作的巧克力其中微量的可可鹼是一種健康的反鎮靜成分。故食用巧克力有提升精神，增強興奮等功效。可可含有苯乙胺，坊間流傳能使人有戀愛感覺。
- 台灣巧克力標示規定明年7月將施行。根據衛福部於今年1月所公布的「巧克力標示規定」草案指出，總可可固形物含量高於35%、可可脂高於18%，才能標示為黑巧克力；以及若使用植物油替代可可脂則須標示。新制最快明年7月上路，屆時民眾要購買黑巧克力就更有依據。
