- 蔥 2 棵
- 蒜頭 8 粒
- 薑 數片

1. 石班魚尾去鱗，沖洗乾淨，斬件
2. 蒜頭去皮拍扁、薑切絲、蔥切段

4. 燒熱滖水，大火隔水蒸約 10 分鐘
