- 麵豉醬 50克
- 黃花魚 1條
- 白蘿蔔 半條
- 薑片 3片
- 蒜頭 3粒
- 蔥 2條

1. 鹽 適量
2. 蠔油 1湯匙
3. 米酒 1湯匙

1. 白蘿蔔去皮洗凈切塊，飛水備用
2. 黃花魚宰好洗凈，以鹽涂勻全身，用平底鍋煎香備用
3. 蔥切段、薑及蒜頭去皮，拍扁
4. 燒熱油鑊，用中大火，下蒜頭薑片蔥段起鑊
5. 轉中小火，下蘿蔔、麵豉醬、攢米酒，加入適量水、蠔油，放入黃花魚，調味埋芡即成
