#  牛油煎倉魚

- 牛油 (可用人造牛油) 3-4 湯匙
- 沙律醬 3 湯匙
- 白倉魚 一條/16 兩
- 薑絲 少量

1. 將倉魚清洗後用潔布索乾魚身水份。
2. 用慢火先煮熱牛油，加入少量薑絲爆香，放上倉魚香一面後，反轉略煎另一面。注意: 若火太猛時，將煎鑊pan離火，用鑊中滾牛油重覆澆在魚身可幫助快熟及不會煎濃。
3. 取出排在碟上，可沾沙律醬吃。
