三文魚扒可買新鮮的(不過急凍的比較經濟)，可用自然解凍或浸水退冰解凍方法處理。

- 三文魚扒 二塊
- 豆鼓 一茶匙或10數粒
- 蔥 適量/一條 (切粒段 )
- 蒜蓉 4~5粒

- 先將三文魚扒洗淨，沖洗後瀝乾，加入醃料，(少許鹽、薑片、胡椒粉) 醃至入味
- 將豆鼓洗淨瀝乾備用
- 起油鍋爆香所有配料、豆鼓及調味料翻炒均勻
- 將所有爆香料盛入三文魚扒，放進蒸籠蒸5分鐘即可
