 酒 1 茶 匙
 胡 椒 粉 少 許

 ### 做法

1. 多 春 魚 解 凍 後 ， 略 沖 洗 淨 一 下 ， 用 布 吸 乾 水 分 ， 加 入 調 味 料 拌 勻 ， 醃 約 二 十 分 鐘 。
2. 將 多 春 魚 瀝 乾 醃 汁 料 ， 撲 上 生 粉 少 許 ， 即 放 入 大 熱 油 內 ， 炸 至 呈 微 金 黃 ， 即 可 取 出 ， 瀝 乾 油 分 ， 即 可 上 碟 ， 用 ' 急 ' 汁 伴 食 。
