#### 做法

 1． 倉 魚 去 鱗 去 內 臟 ， 洗 淨 抹 乾 ， 用 調 味 料 醃 二 十 分 鐘 。

 2． 燒 熱 油 將 魚 放 入 ， 煎 至 兩 面 金 黃 色 ， 放 碟 上 。

 3． 原 鍋 爆 香 薑 絲 及 蔥 絲 ， 倒 入 獻 汁 煮 滾 ， 淋 在 魚 上 ， 即 可 。
