#  讓孩子專心吃飯 從拿湯匙吃副食品開始

很多媽咪都有很難讓孩子專心吃飯的經驗，不是吃飯時要玩玩具，就是邊吃飯邊看電視或是手機，一餐飯吃下來，總是要花幾個小時；營養師建議，從孩子開始吃副食品時，就應該要培養孩子專心吃飯，除了用餐餐具，以及用餐地點都很重要，才能讓孩子攝取到足夠的營養。

#### 4-6個月開始吃副食品 可以讓孩子自己吃

很多家長都會有拿著一碗飯，追著孩子餵食的經驗；其實，這樣反而會使得孩子無法專心吃飯。台北市立聯合醫院忠孝院區營養科營養師林姿吟表示，讓孩子養成好的進食習慣，嬰幼兒時期就是關鍵，大約4-6個月大從開始吃副食品時，就可以讓孩子自己吃飯，一開始可以用手抓，6個月大時，就可以嚐試讓孩子使用嬰兒的專用湯匙，而且不要讓孩子看手機、電視或是玩玩具。

#### 份量不用太多 不要太早吃大人的食物

林姿吟營養師指出，家長也不要太早讓嬰幼兒吃到大人的食物，因為大人吃的食物會用太多調味料，這會影響嬰幼兒認識食物的原味，而且在準備嬰幼兒的食物時，份量不用太多，吃不完也不強迫，以免孩子對食物產生負面觀感。

#### 吃得到處都是 也不要接手餵食

嬰幼兒因為眼手協調還沒發展完全，往往會吃得到處都是，林姿吟營養師則是建議家長不要急著整理；她說，家長不要急著一邊吃一邊擦，以免讓孩子有壓力，而害怕自己吃飯，也不要接手餵食，應該讓嬰幼兒吃完餐點之後再進行清潔，同時也要給予鼓勵，隨著嬰幼兒成長，他們的肢體發展越來越成熟後，就不會吃得到處都是。
