莊雅惠, 開業中醫診所院長指出，現代人常有過度用眼的壞習慣，尤其3C產品盛行，人手一支智慧型手機，無時無刻都在低頭滑手機；但近距離、長時間用眼，再加上不正確的姿勢，很容易造成眼睛疲勞。

**過度用眼很傷眼**

莊雅惠強調，過度用眼不只會造成近視問題，包括弱視、白內障、青光眼、視網膜病變、黃斑部病變等眼疾也都大有關係，嚴重更會導致失明，建議從小就應開始「養眼」，除了適時休息外，可也透過中藥茶飲預防眼睛退化。

**桑葚養眼茶滋潤**

莊雅惠推薦一款「桑葚養眼茶」，材料有黃耆3錢、紅棗6錢、桑葚3錢及薄荷1.5錢，可分成4份適合飲用2至4天，每份用250cc沸水，浸泡約5至10分鐘，可當作日常茶水飲用，具有滋潤眼睛、改善眼淚不足及疲倦的功效。
