#  亞麻籽含膳食纖維 取代食用油較有飽足感

養生觀念抬頭，舉凡對健康有益的飲食，就備受矚目。近年來，因為亞麻籽的成分越來越清楚，以致很多人開始吃起亞麻籽。原來亞麻籽是種子，是屬於油脂類，而且還有膳食纖維，若是取代一般食用油，會較有飽足感，就有不少想要減肥的人，會喜歡吃亞麻籽。

**亞麻籽含有豐富油脂**

藍玉芬營養師, 臺北市立聯合醫院和平院區表示，亞麻籽是種子，含有豐富油脂，是屬於必須脂肪酸，通常很多人是將其磨成粉來食用；如住處屬悶熱潮濕，會容易滋生黴菌，要保存亞麻籽，最好是放置在冰箱冷藏。

**短鏈脂肪酸不易囤積成體脂肪**

亞麻籽是屬於短鏈脂肪酸，一般食用油的脂肪酸都是長鏈脂肪酸，吃長鏈脂肪酸，身體就會以體脂肪儲存下來；若吃進去的是短鏈脂肪酸，身體就會將其送到肝臟分解，較不易囤積成體脂肪。

**含有Omega-3多元不飽和脂肪酸**

藍玉芬營養師指出，亞麻籽還含有Omega-3多元不飽和脂肪酸，和魚油是同一系列。魚油對健康好處有很多研究，主要還在於可以降低血脂肪，能保護心血管；也因此，由於亞麻籽又是植物性油脂，更是受到素食者關注的眼光。

**減重可取代一般食用油**

至於亞麻籽所含有的膳食纖維以及微量元素，也是受到青睞的因素；藍玉芬營養師表示，由於亞麻籽含有膳食纖維，對於想要減重的人，吃此種油，會較有飽足感，是可取代一般食用油。但是，食用量也要控制好，不可無限量的吃，而且對於腎功能不好的人，則不適合食用亞麻籽。
