- 燒鴨半隻
- 髮菜一小塊 ( 隨個人喜歡份量)
- 米 3/4 杯 ( 電飯煲量米杯，約180ml /毫升))
- 水 ( 米和水的比例為一比六 )
- 蔥花 蔥1~2棵

- 髮菜：浸發髮菜備用，浸若30分鐘

1. 將 4.5 的米杯水/ 800 毫升水放在有孔蓋的煲中，將浸泡的米放入煮滾，
2. 然後轉慢火熬煮約 30 分鐘
3. 待見米煮至開花及粥面見轉滑
4. 加進斬件的燒鴨拌勻，慢火煮10分鐘，再放入髮菜拌勻同時收火
5. 若5分鐘後即成即可享用
6. 進食時可加上蔥花及白胡椒粉，可增加味道

- 米浸泡：煮粥前先用冷水將米浸泡30分鐘，讓米粒脹發。
- 用開水煮粥，(開水/煮沸的水) 不會有粥糊底現象，而且它比冷水熬粥更省時間。先用大火煮開，再轉小火熬煮約 30 分鐘。
- 煮粥要放油：在改文火後約 10 分鐘左右，加入少許油，讓粥品鮮亮和綿滑。
