#### 預防"非典形肺炎"- 粥療食方

- 柴胡、黃芩各10克
- 大米100克
- 白砂糖適量。

1. 將石膏加水先煎20－30分鐘後，下麻黃再煎，水煎取汁
2. 加大米煮爲稀粥，待熟時調入白糖，再煮一、二沸服食。

- 提議食用次數： 每日１劑，連續５－７天。可清熱宣肺，化痰平喘。
- 柴胡

    有和解退熱之功，《本草正義》言其"外邪在半表半裏者，引而出之，使之達表"。黃芩有清熱燥濕，泄火解毒之功，《醫學啓源》言其"泄肺經熱"。《本草綱目》言"柴胡，得黃芩退寒熱"。藥理研究表明，兩者均有明顯的解熱鎮痛作用，對多種細菌、病毒有抑制作用。煮粥服食，對"非典"發熱頭痛，全身酸痛有明顯療效。
