#  血壓偏低怎麼辦？ 中醫治療有方

如果你的血壓是在90/60mmHg以下，就是低血壓，不但會有中風的危險，中醫師指出，甚至貧血、腦神經衰弱、憂鬱、健忘、注意力不集中等，都和低血壓有相關性，中藥調理是好選擇，並且要加強運動來改善。

#### 心臟無力+血量不足+血管沒彈性

中醫師鄭秋霞表示，低血壓會心臟無力、血液容積不足、血量不夠，以及血管彈性不好；因為低血壓會使得血管沒有力量，無法使血液推到頭部，加上頭部位置比心臟高，血液推到頭部需要有力量，而且血液也無法從末梢打回來，致使血行會受到障礙，並且會使營養輸送受到阻塞，身體就會沒有足夠營養。

#### 失眠+腦神經衰弱+憂鬱+健忘+注意力不集中

血壓偏低的人經常會覺得無力，並且會有眼前發黑的貧血現象。中醫師鄭秋霞指出，很多疾病都和血壓低有關；低血壓嚴重時除了會造成中風與心肌梗塞之外，腦部管理睡眠傳導物質若是沒有足夠血液，就無法供應分泌，進而會造成失眠，而且會有腦神經衰弱、憂鬱、健忘、注意力不集中等，都和低血壓有關。

#### 中藥+針灸按摩穴位+食療

能夠治療血壓低的中藥很多，針灸按摩穴位以及食療方也可改善低血壓；鄭秋霞醫師指出，當歸、熟地、川芎、黨參、白朮、黃耆都可以增加血容積；可以使心臟有力的中藥有丹參、桃仁、紅花；使血管有力氣的有附子、黃耆、雞血藤、牛膝。平常可按壓合谷穴、足三里、三陰交、血海穴及內關穴，尤其是足三里穴，有所謂「若要安，三里莫要乾」的說法。至於食療則是可以用中藥搭配肉或是排骨，例如當歸羊肉湯、四物雞湯與人參雞湯等。

#### 運動可使一份血當兩份用

更重要的則是運動；鄭秋霞醫師強調，運動可使一份血當兩份用，因為血液中有水份，運動可使水份與濕氣排出，可以使血管中的血液更純化，以及保護腎臟，氧氣才不會攜帶不夠，並且運動可增加心肺功能，使心跳加速以及可使血壓上升。
