#  金菇牛肉卷

 | **材 料**  肥 牛 片 2 片     金 菇 3 片     露 筍 1 片     大 蔥 1 片 | **調 味 料**  鹽    黑 椒 碎    沙 律 油    胡 椒 粉 ( 各 少 許 )    燒 肉 汁 |

 **做法**

1. 金 菇 去 蒂 略 煮 。
2. 露 荀 去 皮 切 段 ， 放 入 少 量 水 份 在 平 底 鑊 略 煮 。
3. 大 蔥 切 絲 。
4. 把 肥 牛 片 放 平 ， 灑 上 黑 椒 碎 和 鹽 ， 一 片 一 片 放 平 落 在 平 底 鑊 中 ， 把 ( 1 ) ， ( 2 ) ， ( 3 ) 放 在 牛 肉 面 捲 好 ， 絕 不 沾 鍋 ， 一 塊 一 塊 上 碟 。
5. 把 燒 肉 汁 在 平 底 鑊 中 略 煮 ， 把 汁 淋 上 即 成 。
