 **做法**

1. 牛 肉 切 絲 ， 用 調 味 料 ( 1 ) 拌 勻 醃 1 5 分 鐘 。
2. 青 椒 、 黃 椒 洗 淨 ， 切 絲 。
3. 鍋 燒 熟 ， 先 放 1 大 匙 油 潤 鍋 ， 再 燒 熱 才 加 入 3 大 匙 油 炒 牛 肉 絲 ， 見 肉 色 變 白 時 ， 加 入 蒜 蓉 和 青 、 黃 椒 同 炒 ， 並 放 入 調 味 料 ( 2 ) ， 炒 勻 即 可 上 碟 。
