- 大班腩 1件 (在濕市場的魚檔, 差不多每天也有一份一份的大龍躉或大石班發售)
- 薑 1片
- 蔥 1棵

- 蒸魚豉油 2 湯匙

1. 大班腩洗淨，用小量鹽輕抹在班面上醃二十分鐘備用
2. 薑去皮，切片備用
3. 蔥切片或絲，備用
4. 將大班腩平鋪在碟上
5. 將蔥絲及薑片平均鋪在班腩上
6. 隔水大火蒸約 12 分鐘
7. 將滾油淋在大班腩上，倒入蒸魚豉油，即可
