- 尖辣椒 8隻
- 鯪魚肉 200克

- 鹽 半湯匙
- 胡椒粉 少許
- 生粉 1湯匙
- 生抽 1湯匙
- 糖 半湯匙

1. 蔥洗淨，切成蔥花
2. 魚肉(魚滑) 加入鹽、胡椒粉、拌至起膠
3. 尖辣椒洗淨，開邊(可一開2 或4 件)，去籽
4. 把醃好的魚肉餡入尖椒內
5. 燒熱油鑊，下尖椒，以中慢火煎熟後(主要煎香有魚滑一面)，盛起備用
6. 用同油鑊，加入上湯，生抽、糖、鹽(或可用蠔油)煮芡汁，最後將芡平均倒在煎好的尖椒即可享用
