- 白飯魚 1斤
- 薑 5片
- 鮮牛油 1片(約半吋厚)

- 鹽 一茶匙

1. 白飯魚清洗乾淨，瀝乾，吸去多剩水分，用鹽醃約二十分鐘
2. 熱鍋加入牛油，轉用、中慢火，加入薑片，塗混鍋表面(
3. 放入白飯魚，反覆煎香白飯魚至金黃香脆即可上碟
