- 花蛤 一斤
- 白酒 5湯匙 (100ml)
- 西芹 半棵

1. 花蛤用清水浸泡乾淨，吐沙，其間反覆換水
2. 西芹洗淨，切粒狀備用
3. 燒熱油鑊，加入西芹略炒，在熱鑊中灒入白酒，再倒入花蛤乾炒1-2分鐘，合蓋煮8-10分鐘即可享用。
4. (喜棘者: 可在吃時撒上棘椒粉混吃。)
