- 東風螺 1斤

調味醬油：

- 蒜茸1茶匙
- 生抽1湯匙 (頭抽也很美味)
- 芝麻油 1/2 茶匙
- (喜歡吃棘者) 紅椒絲小許 或 胡椒粉1茶匙

1. 東風螺洗凈，用清水泡浸約20分鐘一下，瀝乾水份備用
2. 燒熱滖水，將東風螺倒入鑊中，加蓋待水再次滖開時候就可以撈起上碟即可
3. 用竹籤把螺肉挑出來，點調味醬油食物。
