### 做法

1. 鮮 蝦 洗 淨 ， 用 大 滾 水 灼 熟 ， 剝 殼 ， 瀝 乾 水 份 ， 用 醃 料 醃 半 小 時 ， 備 用 。
2. 鍋 放 水 ， 水 滾 將 韭 菜 花 出 水 ， 盛 起 ， 瀝 乾 水 份 。
3. 鍋 放 二 湯 匙 油 ， 爆 香 蒜 蓉 ， 放 蝦 仁 及 韭 菜 花 同 炒 ， 即 成 。
