- 生鹹蛋黃 1隻
- 菠菜 半斤

- 酒1/2茶匙
- 胡椒粉少許
- 生粉1/2茶匙
- 水半杯
- 鹹蛋白1隻

1. 鹹蛋分開蛋白與蛋黃，將鹹及皮蛋蒸熟，切成小塊。
2. 把菠菜洗淨切段，燒熱兩湯匙油，大火把菠菜炒熟，加鹽調味放碟上。
3. 把調味汁煮滾，加入鹹蛋黃及皮蛋粒，煮至汁濃，淋在菜面上即成。
