- 白菜仔 1斤
- 薑 1大塊

- 鹽 半茶匙

1. 白菜仔用清水浸洗，瀝乾水份備用
2. 薑去皮，切大片，拍扁出味
3. 燒熱滖水，加入薑片，加入白菜仔
4. 下小量鹽調味，白菜煮滾後即可撈起上碟
