- 蒜頭 十數粒

1. 菠菜浸洗乾淨(浸泡時間多一點時間，以清除農藥或化肥) 備用
2. 蒜頭去皮，拍扁備用
3. 燒熱油鑊，下油，下蒜頭炸炒至金黃色，下上湯煮3分鐘左右
4. 下菠菜炒至半熟，轉慢火讓菠菜索入上湯及蒜味
5. 下小許鹽調味，拌勻，即可上碟
