- 鯪魚肉(魚滑) 200克
- 椰菜花 1棵
- 薑片 數片

- 鹽 半湯匙
- 胡椒粉 少許
- 生粉 1湯匙
- 紹酒 1 湯匙

1. 椰菜花切開，浸洗乾淨備用
2. 魚肉(魚滑)加入鹽、胡椒粉、拌至起膠備用(留意：有些在街市買到的魚滑是已調味的)
3. 薑去皮切片，拍扁備用
4. 燒熱油鑊，下魚滑片，將魚滑壓扁成一大片以慢火煎香魚滑兩邊至金黃色
5. 把已煎香的魚滑片，切成條狀備用
6. 燒熱一鍋熱水，下椰菜花飛水，以去除菜腥味，撈起瀝淨水分備用
7. 燒熱油鑊，下薑片起鑊
8. 下椰菜花快炒，再下魚滑條拌勻
9. 下鹽調味，贊酒拌勻後即可上碟(若不介意太多汁，可以不埋芡)
