- 冬菇 5隻
- 金菇 1 棵
- 白菜仔 半斤
- 蒜頭 2粒
- 薑 3片

- 鹽 半茶匙
- 蠔油 2湯匙
- 生粉 1湯匙

1. 冬菇先用水浸發，瀝乾去蒂，切片備用
2. 金菇洗淨浸發，瀝乾切去根部，盛起備用
3. 白菜仔用清水浸洗，瀝乾水分備用
4. 蒜頭去皮拍扁，薑去皮切片備用
5. 燒熱滖水，下油鹽，下白菜仔，煮至軟身盛起鋪在碟上
6. 用原鑊滖水，放入冬菇及金菇拖水備用
7. 燒熱油鑊，放薑片及蒜粒起鑊
8. 加入冬菇片、金菇，炒均，加小許水，轉小火
9. 加入鹽、蠔油調味，轉大火，埋芡至收汁後淋在白菜仔上即可
