- 豆腐 1 磚/塊
- 雞蛋 3 隻
- 菜心梗 或 西芹1/4根
- 冬菇 5 - 6朵
- 蝦肉 (3 - 4隻切粒 / 200克)
- 火腿 1片
- 蒜頭 2 粒

- 生粉 1湯匙
- 油 適量
- 鹽 適量
- 麻抽 適量

1. 冬菇洗淨，清水中浸泡1小時至軟身切成粒狀；
2. 菜心梗或西芹洗淨，切成粒狀備用；
3. 豆腐切粒備用；
4. 蝦肉清理乾淨，用鹽、麻油醃十分鐘，備用；
5. 火腿切成條粒狀；
6. 大蒜切成蒜蓉備用；
7. 雞蛋打入在碗中，加入鹽攪勻 ；隔水蒸十分鐘至熟後倒入少許生抽，備用
8. 油鍋加熱，加入蒜蓉爆香，爆蝦肉後撈出，備用
9. 油鍋加熱，倒入冬菇粒、菜心粒、炒至半熟，再將蝦肉、火腿和豆腐倒入混合略炒，加入少許開水並調味，蓋上鍋蓋焗煮3分鐘 ；生粉開水，加入鍋中攪拌埋芡
10. 最後將所有材料鋪在已蒸熟的蛋面即可享用。
