- 版豆腐 - 2 至3 件 (足夠3-4人吃 / 一件可供1-2人, 是指有其他菜餚)
- 磨豉醬 - 50g
- 蔥粒 - 少許 (1-2 條)
- 胡椒粉、糖 - 少訐( 調味)

1. 將豆腐切件 (1 開 3); 或 切成寬約1厘米、長約6厘米、寬約3厘米的件。
2. 將豆腐平放在碟內
3. 磨豉醬加少訐胡椒粉、糖拌勻，塗抹在豆腐件上 (可先試味，以自己味覺作準)
4. 煮滾水，將蒸籠放入鍋中，放入豆腐，蓋上蓋子，隔水蒸八分鐘，直至豆腐變熟，然後將多餘的水份倒出。
5. 蒸好後，拿用倒走多餘水份，撒上蔥粒即可上碟，可加少許芝麻油提味。
