- 雞脾肉 300克/一隻雞脾
- 白菌 / 蘑菇 200克
- 蔥 1棵

- 叻沙醬 2-3湯匙
- 生粉 1/2茶匙

2. 蘑菇洗淨，切片，盛起備用
3. 蔥洗淨切段，盛起備用
4. 燒熱油鍋，起鑊加入雞肉絲爆香及翻炒至半熟
5. 加入蘑菇片與雞肉同炒片刻
6. 下一碗水炒均，煮至雞肉及蘑菇熟透之後埋芡，加入蔥段即可上碟享用
