- 雞中翼 十數隻 (可用冰鮮雞翼)
- 薑 數片

- 魚露 2.5匙羹
- 花雕酒 1湯羹
- 糖 1 茶匙

1. 雞中翼溶雪解凍，清洗乾淨
2. 薑去皮，切片備用
3. 雞中翼加魚露、花雕酒、糖及薑片拌勻醃約兩小時
4. 燒熱平底鑊，下小量油用中火將雞中翼煎至兩面金黃色
5. 不用蓋上鑊蓋，直至雞中翼全熟即可上碟
