- 雞翼 8 隻
- 薯仔 2個
- 乾蔥 6-8 粒
- 蒜頭 3 粒
- 薑 2-3片
- 紅辣椒1支

- 鹽 1茶匙
- 糖 1茶匙
- 煮食白酒 2湯匙
- 生抽 2茶匙
- 老抽 2茶匙
- 胡椒粉 1茶匙

1. 雞翼(假如急凍雞翼，溶雪解凍)，清洗略飛水，中間切開(易食用及入味)，加糖、鹽、白酒、生抽、老抽及胡椒粉醃約二十分鐘
2. 薯仔去皮，清洗乾淨，以不規則形狀切件備用
3. 蒜頭、乾蔥及薑去皮，備用
4. 紅辣椒切成紅椒絲
5. 燒熱油鑊，下蒜頭、乾蔥起鑊，下雞翼煎到兩面金黃色
6. 加入薯仔同炒
7. 在煲中，注入適量清水，煮滖，將所有材料倒入煲中
8. 大火煮5分鐘，轉中小火煮至收乾水份，即可上碟
