### 做法

1. 一 半 蒜 茸 炸 ， 另 一 半 蒜 茸 待 用 。
2. 將 生 蒜 、 南 乳 、 炸 蒜 茸 、 鮮 露 、 糖 、 麵 粉 攪 勻 拌 雞 搥 ， 醃 約 十 分 鐘 。
3. 以 中 火 把 雞 搥 炸 至 金 黃 ， 用 吸 油 紙 吸 乾 多 餘 油 份 即 可 。
